Hard Work and Good Eats = Happy Kids

It’s true! We had Tofu Tacos AGAIN! My kids love helping bring it all together so much, how the heck can I say no?

Trick to stable whipped cream? This is coming from your Friendly Neighbourhood Vegan, Veggiewitch… add 1 Tbsp icing sugar per 1 C of heavy cream before you start whipping. Ta-daa! Stable cream that won’t slide off your cake. *happy, spazzy dancing*

Kapowder Visual

I love my Kapowder! I really do. I drink 2 16-oz glasses of water every morning as soon as I get up. Last week, I started mixing in a single-serve scoop of Kapowder to my first glass of water, and having at least one more with lunch. I’m sure glad I’ve got it. It really gives me a nice boost.

Thank you, Saradraws! *squishy hugs*

Thank you, Laments and Lullabies. I am honored that you would reblog a post of mine, Kapowder FTW!

You are an inspiration. The voice you give to your pain speaks to me, and I empathize. Thank you, for pushing against the oppressive and choking emotions, and for reminding me that it’s imperative to expose and talk about the feelings in order to conquer them. I am looking for a thimbleful of the courage you display in your posts about depression.
