I’ve really been enjoying the colours of these Lilies my Elflings got me for Mother’s Day last Sunday. I was so taken aback when the three of them handed the plants to me. I’m terrible with plants! I swear both my thumbs are black as pitch! My Elflings told me that they couldn’t decide which colour to get, but they’d had enough together to get both, so they did. I got all misty when they told me that. Ok, I actually did cry. My Elflings are the bestest! I just have to make sure I don’t murder these gorgeous lilies…

i’ve had bad luck with plants as well, except for this weird tree i got from my late friend Randy. it’s the hardiest thing on the planet.
