Vegan, Gluten-Free oats, banana, cacao smoothies!

Recipe: for 2 persons


1 very ripe large banana, dotted with black spots, peeled & cut into 2

450 ml of soy milk

2 tablespoons raw cacao sweetened with coconut sugar

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon of Gluten-Free oats

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1. Blend everything well together in your Vitamix, with the tamper, pushing the ingredients into the running blades, on full speed, on full power for 1 minute or so.
