The last couple of days had me super-busy. I was making some soft and funky “Cycle Pads” for my middle Elfling. She picked out the prints from my fabric stash, and I got sewing and snapping.
My handy-dandy Snap Press has been my best buddy through it all. =0)
Our favourite print, Goth Ooga Booga. “Sometimes we all feel a little emo during our Cycles.”
Chocolate Organic 70% Bamboo/30% Cotton FTW! It’s a cure all, baby. =0)
Shades of blue and green on 100% Organic Cotton. We dyed this together last summer.
Pretty fuchsia and purple on 70% Bamboo/30% Cotton. We dyed this together, too.
And all her pretties in a row.
I need to have some of these made for my family. I used to make them too, but my machine doesn’t have a pedal anymore. lol These are so cute!

Thank you so much. My middle Elfling is very petite, so these are just her size, about 6″ long.

I love the goth ogga bogga ones! I think if I had one on my bike I would be more inclined to ride it. You should see my cycle helmet, (compulsory here in New Zealand) it’s covered in animals. I confess it’s a child’s helmet. But it makes me happy.

I’m in ♥ with Ooga Booga prints, too. The “Goth” colours are our faves. =0)
Cycle helmets are compulsory in Canada, too. ♥

Oh how I wish I can sew, but alas I’m not as crafty. Your creations look good!

These look so lovely! I was perusing your site and wanted to know if you spin your own yarns?

Thank you. ♥ My Middle Elfling loves them, too. =0)
I don’t spin the yarn. I get it from a Dyer who offers wool from ethically-raised sheep. That was a decision I’d made 6 years ago, prior to embracing a kinder, Vegan lifestyle. Right now, I’m just going through my current stash of wool, and will diversify my biz away from wool. It’s a happy direction for me. =0)
